Elements of Combat is a striking class focused on building physical and mental attributes.
Speed, footwork, flexibility, strength, generation of force, and understanding how to use your body while fighting are just some of the features that this class enhances.
This class uses elements and concepts from different systems like Filipino Martial Arts and Jeet Kune Do to help you understand combat explosiveness and the importance of physical conditioning in Self Protection and Response.

There is no magic trick. No special moves or techniques to learn to protect your space. You need to train to become better.
Train yourself to be aware of situations and encounters on your daily life. Learn to use tools to make you understand violence and how you could protect yourself from threats and stress.

A little Kali cypher to get my body and mind moving. I’ve been carrying a back injury for about a year and a half because of neglecting my own training. That was the problem with coming to a new country. Life got in the way of my way of life.
I needed to adapt to this new pain. I needed to learn the hard way that without my training, i would fucking shrivel up and croak. So this is one part of me getting my way of life back. It’s not a style. It’s not even a drill. Just movement. Getting in touch with what i dont see but is very much present.
Life in a new country is hard. It hurts. And it’s brutal. I need to become more dangerous and more perceptive than what this place has in store for me.
